微量注射泵在气管切开术后气道湿化中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨气管切开术后使用微量注射泵持续泵入气道湿化液的应用效果。方法选取2016年3月—2017年3月口腔颌面外科收治的气管切开患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。观察组采用微量注射泵持续泵入0.9%氯化钠注射液50 m L+盐酸氨溴索注射液30 mg湿化气道,而对照组采用常规气管内间断滴药湿化气道。观察2组患者刺激性呛咳、痰痂阻塞、气道黏膜损伤出血、肺部感染的发生率。结果观察组刺激性呛咳、痰痂阻塞、气道黏膜损伤出血、肺部感染发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论相较于传统的气管内间断滴药的方式,采用微量注射泵持续泵入气道湿化液的方式更加安全、有效。 Objective To evaluate the micro-injection pump in airway humidification after tracheotomy. Methods Totally 80 patients with tracheotomy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group. The control group adopted the conventional endotracheal instillation as airway humidification method. The observation group was given continuous instillation of 0. 9% sodium chloride and ambroxol hydrochloride by micro-injection pump. The incidence of irritable cough,sputum scab,tracheal mucosa and hemorrhage,lung infection was observed and compared between two groups. Results The incidence of irritable cough,sputum scab,tracheal mucosa and hemorrhage,lung infection was lower in the observation group than those of controls( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Compared with conventional endotracheal instillation,continuous infusion of airway humidification fluid by using micro-injection pump is more safe and effective for patients after tracheotomy.
