摘要
目的评估以信息化手段为基础的延续性护理在肠造口术后患者中的应用价值。方法选取176例肠造口术后患者,住院期间组织观看造口护理视频,学习造口护理手册,接受出院健康教育;出院后通过电话、微信、QQ等信息技术手段寻求专业指导和帮助。结果 176例患者出院后因造口不适或出现并发症咨询者共134例,经造口治疗师指导后自行处理率73.13%(98/134)。结论以信息化手段为基础的延续性护理能提高肠造口术后患者及家属自行处理并发症的能力,提高护理服务质量。
Objective To evaluate the application of information-based continuous nursing interventions for patients with enterostomy. Methods A total of 176 post-enterostomy patients were recruited. They were organized to watch videos and read handbooks about ostomy care,as well as receiving healthy education before discharge. The professional guidance and help after discharge by information means such as telephone,WeChat and QQ were provided. Results A total of 134 patients had consulted due to discomfort or complications of stoma,with self-treating rate up to 73. 1%( 98/134) under the guidance of enterostomal therapists. Conclusion Informationbased continuous nursing is potentially effective to promote the capacity of patients and their families in management of post-enterostomy complciaitons.
