脑血管疾病介入术前会阴部剃毛的必要性分析

Analysis of the necessity of perineal shaving before interventional therapy for cerebrovascular diseases

目的探讨经股动脉行全脑血管造影术及栓塞治疗术前会阴部备皮是否剃毛对术后穿刺点感染的影响。方法 601例行全脑血管造影术及介入治疗栓塞术患者,按入院顺序随机分成对照组(n=304)和观察组(n=297)。对照组行术前常规准备并进行会阴部备皮剃毛,实验组术前准备中不作剃毛处理。观察2组患者术后穿刺点的感染率情况。结果 2组术后穿刺点感染率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论脑血管疾病患者行全脑血管造影术及介入治疗栓塞术术前不剃毛不会增加穿刺点的感染率。

Objective To explore the necessity of perineal shaving before femoral artery cerebral angiography and embolization treatment,and to explore the influence of different preoperative hair removal methods on incidence of puncture point infection. Methods Totally 601 patients undergoing cerebral angiography and interventional embolization were assigned to the control group( n = 304) and observation group( n = 297). The control group underwent routine preoperative preparation and perineal skin shaving; however the preoperative perineal shaving was not performed in the observation group. The infection rate of puncture point after operation was compared between two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the infection rate of puncture points between the 2 groups( P > 0. 05). Conclusion Preoperative skin preparation without perineal shaving may not increase the infection rate of puncture points before and after cerebral angiography and interventional embolization therapy in patients with cerebrovascular diseases.
