摘要
目的:探讨细胞形态学微视频和10分钟小课堂在高职血液检验技术教学中的应用效果。方法:利用Camtasia Studio 7制作细胞形态教学微视频,辅助2015级检验学生学习骨髓细胞,同时从课程第二次上课实施10分钟小课堂。课程结束后,开展问卷调查并与2014级学生进行成绩比较。结果:2015级学生中,96.9%认为微视频有助于掌握判断骨髓细胞的方法和经验,80.4%的学生认为10分钟小课堂教学有助于本课程理论知识的掌握。此外,微视频观看次数与形态学成绩成正相关。与2014级相比,2015级学生虽然课程总评成绩稍低(P>0.05),但在形态学成绩上却有显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:细胞形态学微视频和10分钟小课堂有助于提高血液检验技术课程教学效果,值得推广应用。
[Objective]To explore preliminary application effect of cell morphology micro-videos and 10-minute classroom in hematological laboratory technology teaching in higher vocational education. [Method]In process of teaching above couse for Grade 2015 students majoring in medical laboratory technology,we produced a certain number of micro-videos for them to study bone marrowcell morphology by use of Camtasia Studio 7 software. Moreover,we began to implement 10-minute classroom from the second lesson. At the end of the course,questionnaires on this teaching innovation were filled in anonymously by them and their scores were compared with Grade 2014 students'. [Result]Among Grade 2015 students,96. 9% thought that micro-videos help them to master methods and experience to identify bone marrowcells,and 80. 4% thought that 10-minute classroom contributes to master the theoretical knowledge of this course. Besides,micro-video views are positively correlated with morphological scores. Compared with Grade 2014 students',the average total course score of Grade 2015 students is slightly lower( P > 0. 05),but their average morphology score is obviously enhanced( P < 0. 01). [Conclusion]Cell morphology micro-videos and 10-minute classroom help to improve teaching effect of hematological laboratory technology,so they are worth of promotion.
