摘要
目的:探讨基于岗位胜任力的新护士规范化培训的效果。方法:研究组采用基于岗位胜任力的新护士规范化培训模式,对照组接受常规培训,比较2组新护士培训前后的岗位胜任能力。结果:2组新护士培训前后岗位胜任能力总分在培训期间均呈现增强的趋势(P<0.05),但研究组提高的程度大于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组新护士培训后床边综合能力出科考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于胜任力的规范化培训有利于提高培训质量,提高新护士的综合素质和岗位胜任能力,并受到新护士的认可。
[Objective]To explore the effectiveness of the Base-On-Competence newnurses standardization training mode. [Method]The nurses in the research group were trained based on their post competency,others in the control group received routine training. The change of post competency score before and after training was compared between two groups. [Result]After the newnurse training,both two groups showed significant increased post competence scores( P < 0. 05). While the increment of the research group was significantly higher than the control group( P < 0. 05). After training,nurses in research group got significantly higher score in bedside comprehensive assessment,in comparison to control group( P < 0. 05). [Conclusion]The Base-On-Competence newnurses standardization training mode can improve the quality of training,newnurse's comprehensive capacity,and their post competency. It is well accepted by newnurses.
