一种新型硫酸镁湿敷防水套的研制与应用

Development and application of a new type of magnesium sulfate wet coated waterproof set

目的:研制新型硫酸镁湿敷防水套,观察其在输液渗出中应用效果。方法:将60例输液渗出患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组采用传统硫酸镁湿敷法,观察组在常规湿敷后采用自制新型湿敷防水套,比较2组患者输液渗出部位红肿消退时间、舒适度以及护士工作量情况。结果:观察组输液渗出红肿消退时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组舒适度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组明显减轻护士工作量(P<0.05)。结论:新型硫酸镁湿敷防水套用于输液渗出湿敷效果较好,操作方便,值得推广。

[Objective]To develop a newmagnesium sulfate wet coated waterproof set and to observe its clinical application in effect of infusion leakage. [Method] According to random number table,60 patients with infusion leakage were divided into observation group and control group. 30 cases in control group were applied with traditional magnesium sulfate wet compress. Observation group was applied with self-made newtype of wet coated waterproofafter the conventional wet. The infiltration time,the degree of comfort and the workload of nurses were compared between the two groups. [Result] Infusion leakage fade time of observation group was obviously shorter than that of the control group( P < 0. 05) and the comfort level of observation group is higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). At the same time,application of newtype wet coated waterproof could reduce the nurse workload significantly( P < 0. 05). [Conclusion] The effect of the newtype of magnesium sulfate wet coated waterproof wet for infusion leakage is good,which is easy to operate. Hence,it is worth promoting clinically.
