我国高等教育公平制度的价值结构及政策文本分析——一项基于NVivo质性研究报告

The Analysis of Value Structure and Policy Text in Fairness System of China's Higher Education:A Qualitative Study Based on NVivo

高等教育处于整个教育系统的末端,是最终实现教育公平乃至社会公平的重要环节,而公正的教育制度是实现高等教育公平的重要条件。为了揭示、分析并理解高等教育公平制度的建构情状及价值结构问题,引入NVivo质性分析工具,对1985年至2017年间的80篇相关制度文本进行了分析,建构高等教育公平制度的系统分析框架,通过编码和建立树状节点系统,从公正性维度、包容性维度和发展性维度3个方面对该问题进行了分析,并结合实践对高等教育公平制度执行中一直存在的问题进行了探讨。

Higher education is an important part of achieving educational equity and social equity because it is at the end of the educational system.The fair education system is an important condition for realizing the fairness of higher education.In order to reveal,analyze and understand the construction situation and the value structure of the institutional system related to the fairness of higher education,we analyzed the 80 related system texts from 1985 to 2017 through the NVivo qualitative analysis tool to construct a systematic analysis framework of higher education system.We analyze the problem by coding and constructing the tree node system from the three dimensions of fairness,inclusiveness and development.Then we discuss the problems that have existed in the implementation of the fair system of higher education,combined with practice.
