现代护理伦理学在脑死亡器官捐献患者护理中的应用

Application of modern nursing ethics for nursing the organ donors with brain death

目的:探讨现代护理伦理学在脑死亡器官捐献患者中的应用效果。方法:回顾分析我院2007年1月~2014年2月72例脑死亡患者的临床资料。在护理过程中对患者所产生的工作和伦理冲突进行的护理措施。从护理伦理学的角度来规范护理人员的行为,能够提高脑死亡器官捐献患者的护理质量和水平。结果:共完成68例脑死亡器官捐献患者的工作,共摘取出肝脏59个,肾脏116个,角膜116只。患者家属满意66例,较满意2例。结论:应用现代护理伦理学开展脑死亡器官捐献患者的护理工作,应满足患者及其家属的需要,充分尊重脑死亡患者及其家属的选择权。

Objective: To explore the application effect of modern nursing ethics for nursing the organ donors with brain death. Methods: The clinical data of 72 patients with brain death at our hospital from January 2007 to February 2014 were analyzed retrospectively. During the nursing,the conflict of this patient in work and ethics was handled. The behavior of nursing persons was normalized in terms of nursing ethics,so as to improving the quality and level of nursing for organ donors with brain death. Results: The relevant work had been completed in 68 organ donors with brain death,including the following excised organs: 59 livers,116 kidneys and 116 corneas. 66 relatives of the patients became satisfactory,and 2 ones was a little satisfactory. Conclusion: The organ donors with brain death should be nursed according to the modern nursing ethics by meeting the need of the patients( and their relatives) and by fully respecting the right of choice in both the patients and their relatives.
