综合护理结合局部枸橼酸抗凝对高出血风险重症患者血液净化治疗的效果观察

Effect observation of comprehensive nursing combined with regional citrate anticoagulation therapy on blood purification in patients with high risk of bleeding

目的:探讨综合护理结合局部枸橼酸抗凝治疗高出血风险重症患者血液净化治疗的效果观察。方法:选取我院2016年8月~2017年6月82例高出血风险重症血液净化治疗患者进行回顾性分析,将患者随机等分为试验组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,试验组采用综合护理,比较两组患者的并发症发生率及满意度。结果:试验组患者并发症发生情况明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者的满意度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理结合局部枸橼酸抗凝治疗高出血风险重症血液净化治疗患者,可以明显减少并发症的发生,提高患者满意度。

Objective: To explore the effect observation of comprehensive nursing combined with regional citrate anticoagulation therapy on blood purification in patients with high risk of bleeding. Methods: A total of 82 patients with high risk of bleeding and severe blood purification treatment from August 2016 to June 2017 were selected for retrospective analysis. The patients were randomly and equally divided into experimental group and control group. The control group received conventional nursing and the experimental group received comprehensive nursing. The incidence of complications and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05),and the satisfaction in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing combined with regional citrate anticoagulation therapy for patients with high risk of bleeding and severe blood purification treatment can significantly reduce the incidence of complications and improve patient satisfaction.
