品管圈管理对降低ICU呼吸机相关性肺炎的效果 被引量:11

摘要 目的:探讨品管圈管理对降低ICU呼吸机相关性肺炎的效果。方法:选取我院2016年9月~2016年11月未实施品管圈管理的呼吸机相关性肺炎患者100例对照组,选取2016年12月~2017年2月开始实施品管圈管理的呼吸机相关性肺炎患者100例为观察组,对比两组患者的堵管率、吸痰效果及实施前后护士学习效果。结果:对照组患者堵管情况高于观察组(P<0.05);对照组患者吸痰无效率高于观察组(P<0.05);观察组医护人员人工吸痰相关知识、人工气道吸痰指征知晓、人工气道吸痰有效判断、掌握人工气道吸痰操作相比于对照组均得以显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:品管圈管理能够在有效降低ICU呼吸机相关性肺炎,效果显著,临床实践中可推广和实施。 Objective: To explore the effect of quality control circle management on reducing ICU ventilator-associated pneumonia. Methods: A total of100 patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia without quality control circle management in our hospital from September 2016 to November 2016 were selected as the control group,and a total of 100 patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia and quality control circle management in our hospital from December 2016 to February 2017 were selected as the observation group. The tube plugging rate,phlegm absorption effect and nurses' learning effect before and after implementation of quality control circle management were compared between patients in the two groups. Results: The tube plugging rate in the control group was higher than that in the observation group( P < 0. 05); the ineffective rate of phlegm absorption in the control group was higher than that in the observation group( P < 0. 05); the related knowledge of artificial absorption of sputum in the observation group,awareness of artificial airway suctioning indication,effective judgment of artificial airway suction and mastery of the operation of artificial airway suction were significantly improved than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The quality control circle management can effectively reduce ICU ventilator associated pneumonia with significant effect. It can be popularized and implemented in clinical practice.
