共情护理在腹腔镜手术治疗不孕症患者中的应用

The application of empathetic nursing in the treatment of infertile patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery

目的:探讨共情护理在腹腔镜手术治疗不孕症患者中的应用效果。方法:选取我院2016年3月~2017年3月收治的104例不孕症患者为研究对象,均采用腹腔镜手术治疗。随机将其患者等分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用健康教育干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用共情护理,比较两组护理前后患者心理状态、生活质量及护理满意度情况。结果:两组患者护理前SAS,SDS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后两组患者SAS,SDS评分均明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组各项评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后生理机能、生理职能、精力、活力、情感职能、精神健康、躯体疼痛、社会功能评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:共情护理及健康教育可改善腹腔镜手术不孕症患者的不良情绪,提高其生活质量、护理满意度,为临床护理研究提供参考依据。

Objective: To explore the application effect of empathetic nursing in the treatment of infertile patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery. Methods:A total of 104 infertile patients admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected as the objects for study,and were treated with laparoscopic surgery. The patients were randomly and equally divided into observation group and control group. The control group received health education intervention. The observation group received empathetic nursing on the basis of the health education intervention in the control group. The psychological status,quality of life and nursing satisfaction in the two groups were compared before and after nursing. Results: Before nursing,the differences in the SAS score,and SDS score were not statistically significant between patients in the two groups( P > 0. 05). After nursing,the SAS score and SDS score in the two groups significantly decreased( P < 0. 05) and the scores of various items in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). After nursing,the scores of physical functioning,role physical,energy,vitality,role emotional and mental health,bodily pain,and social function in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05); the satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Empathetic nursing and health education can improve the negative emotion and the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery,and provide a reference for research of clinical nursing.
