摘要
应用美扶R(伊曲康唑胶囊)200mg,每日2次,连服7天治疗手足癣100例及美扶R200mg,每日1次,连服7天治疗体股癣74例,3周后观察疗效。结果显示美扶R治疗手足癣的痊愈率及总有效率分别为49.49%和90.91%;体股癣则分别为73.33%和93.33%。美扶R对体股癣及手足癣的真菌清除率均达到了96%。
One hundred cases of tinea manuum and tinea pedis were given itraconazole(Meifu,made in China)400mg per day for one week and74cases of tinea corporis and tinea cruris only200mg per day for one week.The results of the4th week after treatment were used to evaluate the efficacy.Clinical cure rate and total response rate were49.49%and90.91%for tinea manuum and tinea pedis,and73.33%and93.33%for tinea corporis and tinea cruris.Mycological cure rate for both were96%.
