新式耳道冲洗器在耵聍栓塞需外耳道冲洗的门诊患者中的应用

The application of new type acoustic meatus irrigator in out-patients with ceruminal impaction requiring external acoustic meatus irrigation

目的:探讨新式耳道冲洗器对耵聍栓塞门诊患者进行外耳道冲洗中的应用。方法:选取2016年8月~2017年1月我院耳鼻喉科收治确诊为耵聍栓塞的患者56例,随机将患者等分为对照组和试验组,对照组患者采用传统冲洗器治疗,试验组患者采用新式耳道冲洗器治疗,记录并比较两组患者治疗中不良反应、一次冲洗成功情况的差异。结果:试验组的不良反应发生情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的一次冲洗成功率虽然高于对照组的,但两组比较差异无统计意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用新式耳道冲洗器对耵聍栓塞患者进行外耳道冲洗可有效降低治疗过程中患者外耳道黏膜受损等风险,降低不良反应发生率,建议临床推广使用。

Objective: To explore the application of new type acoustic meatus irrigator in out-patients with ceruminal impaction requiring external acoustic meatus irrigation. Methods: A total of 56 patients with ceruminal impaction admitted to the department of otorhinolaryngology in our hospital from August2016 to January 2017 were selected and randomly and equally divided into control group and experimental group. Patients in the control group were treated with traditional irrigator,and those in the experimental group were treated with new type acoustic meatus irrigator. The differences in the adverse reactions and the success of one-time irrigation were recorded and compared between patients in the two groups. Results: The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). The success rate of one-time irrigation in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,however,the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant( P > 0. 05). Conclusion: The application of new type acoustic meatus irrigator in the irrigation of external acoustic meatus of patients with ceruminal impaction can effectively reduce risk of damage to the mucous membrane of external acoustic meatus during the course of treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions,so it is recommended for clinical application.
