摘要
目的:探讨童趣依托式麻醉诱导护理在学龄前期手术儿童中的应用效果。方法:选择2016年7月~2017年6月于我院手术室接受手术干预的学龄前期儿童病例72例做为研究对象,随机等分为对照组和试验组,对照组接受常规手术室麻醉诱导护理,试验组儿童受术者接受童趣依托式麻醉诱导护理,对两组干预后的各观察指标进行比较。结果:试验组干预后在接受麻醉诱导时的焦虑评分、麻醉配合度评分、麻醉诱导时与术前访视时的心率波动值、平均动脉压波动值均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用童趣依托式麻醉诱导护理对学龄前期手术儿童实施干预,可显著降低该类儿童手术病例的麻醉诱导时焦虑程度和生理应激反应幅度,促成麻醉配合度的提升。
Objective: To explore the application effect of anesthesia induction nursing supported by children's interesting in pre-school children with surgical intervention. Methods: A total of 72 pre-school children with surgical intervention in our hospital from July 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the objects for study and randomly and equally divided into control group and experimental group. The control group received general anesthesia induction nursing in the routine operation room,and the children with surgery in the experimental group received anesthesia induction nursing supported by children's interesting. Various observation indexes after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results: After intervention,the anxiety score,the anesthesia coordination score,the heart rate fluctuation value and the mean arterial pressure fluctuation value in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The application of anesthesia induction nursing supported by children's interesting in pre-school children with surgical intervention can significantly reduce the degree of anxiety and physiological stress response amplitude during anesthesia induction of the children with that kind of surgery,and enhance the degree of anesthesia cooperation.
