骨科康复一体化模式对老年髋关节置换患者康复效果的影响

Effect of rehabilitation integration model in department of orthopedics on rehabilitation of elderly patients with total hip replacement

目的:探讨骨科康复一体化模式对老年髋关节置换术(THR)患者康复效果的影响。方法:选取2014年6月~2016年6月老年髋关节置换患者124例,将患者随机等分为观察组与对照组,对照组应用常规性护理干预,观察组应用骨科康复一体化模式实施护理,干预时间为6个月,比较两组患者功能锻炼依从性、关节功能恢复情况及术后康复效果。结果:观察组患者干预后总有效率、术后锻炼依从率及满意率高于对照组(P<0.05),术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),膝关节主动关节活动度、膝关节功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05),视觉模拟评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:骨科康复一体化模式能有效提高THR患者术后康复锻炼依从性,改善患者术后疼痛感及关节功能,有利于患者预后。

Objective: To explore the effect of rehabilitation integration model in department of orthopedics on the rehabilitation of elderly patients with total hip replacement( THR). Methods: A total of 124 elderly patients undergoing total hip replacement from June 2014 to June 2016 were selected and randomly and equally divided into observation group and control group. The control group received conventional nursing intervention,and the observation group received rehabilitation integration model intervention of department of orthopedics. The intervention lasted 6 months. The functional exercise compliance,joint function recovery and postoperative rehabilitation in the two groups were compared. Results: After intervention,the total effective rate,postoperative compliance rate and satisfaction rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 05),the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that in the control group( P < 0. 05),the activity degree of knee active joint and knee function score were higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 05),and the visual analogue score was lower than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Rehabilitation integration model in department of orthopedics can effectively improve the rehabilitation exercise compliance of patients with THR and relieve the postoperative pain and joint function,and is conducive to the prognosis of patients.
