摘要
用多光束法对牛顿环干涉问题进行了研究,建立了牛顿环多光束干涉的理论模型.通过对多光束相干光波的复振幅相加,得出了牛顿环多光束干涉反射光和透射光的强度公式.通过数值计算,描绘了不同反射率下的反射光和透射光的相对强度分布曲线,仿真了不同反射率下的反射光和透射光的干涉条纶分布图样.结果表明,采用多光束法研究适用于不同反射率下的牛顿环干涉,在实际应用中多采用透射光干涉,同时要求反射率适中.
With multi-beam method,the author studies the interference of Newton Ring,establishs the theory model of multi-beam interference Newton Ring.Through adding the plural amplitudes of multibeam coherent light waves,the author obtained reflected light intensity formula and transmitted light intensity formula of multi-beams interference Newton Ring.By numerical calculation,the author describes the reflected light intensity distribution curves and transmitted light intensity distribution curves under different light reflectivity,simulations the interference fringe distribution pattern of reflected light and the interference fringe distribution pattern of transmitted light under different light reflectivity.The research shows that multi-beam method is applicable to the research of Newton Ring under different light reflectivity,transmitted light interference is used in the practical application,while selecting the moderate reflectivity.
