基于职业导向的高职院校英语分级教学研究 被引量:1

摘要 高职院校英语分级教学具有分级方法明确、教学方法合理、教学材料更有针对性和考核方法相对科学等优势。但也存在以下问题:(1)分级缺乏专业差异性;(2)教学方法缺乏职业针对性;(3)教学内容缺乏职业导向性;(4)学习评价过分注重分数。高职院校需要采取如下措施强化英语分级教学改革:(1)分级编班应考虑专业特点;(2)课程设置要切合职业需求;(3)采用切合职场情景的教学方法;(4)校企合作开发英语教材;(5)建立科学的考核评价体系。唯有如此,才能使培养的人才更好地满足用人单位的需求,适应社会的需要。 The graded teaching of English based upon the students' English language levels in higher vocational colleges has already proved such advantages as a clearly-defined grading method,more reasonable teaching methods,more specific teaching materials and relatively scientific assessment methods;however,it has also shown the following problems:(1)insufficient consideration of different majors in the grading;(2)teaching methods in lack of career orientation;(3)teaching content in lack of career orientation;(4)too much emphasis on scores.Higher vocational colleges need to take the following measures to strengthen the reform of graded English teaching:(1)due consideration of the specific needs of different majors;(2)the curriculum setup capable of meeting the professional needs;(3)the use of workplace scenarios to be incorporated into the teaching methods;(4)school-enterprise cooperation in the development of English teaching materials;(5)the establishment of a scientific assessment system.It is firmly believed that the proposed measures will cultivate the talents to better meet the needs of both the employers and the society.
