连云港市高校体育资源社会共享存在问题及对策

The Existing Problems and Countermeasures on Sports Resources Sharing among Universities in Lianyungang

调查显示,连云港五所高校的体育场馆资源、人力资源和学术资源部分地实现了与社会共享,但存在共享度较低、组织管理不到位、缺乏高效共享平台、社区健身活动缺乏指导等问题。针对这些问题,政府应牵头建构健身信息系统的资源共享平台,参与高校体育资源的规划,为体育人才引进提供政策支持;高校要增强服务社会的意识,吸纳社会力量参与共享合作;社会要在共享管理方面创新优化。

As is shown on the survey,the resources of sports venues,talents and academy in five colleges and universities in Lianyungang have been partially shared with the whole society.However,there are many problems like the low rate of sharing,poor management in the organization,lack of efficient sharing platforms and a shortage of guidance counselors in social communities.Action has to be taken to solve these problems.The government should take a leading position in forming information sharing platforms for sports and fitness,making plans for the redistribution of sports resources in colleges and universities,and providing policy support for the introduction of sports talents.In addition,colleges and universities should learn to serve the communities and cooperate with external resources in the society.Also,the communities need to initiate and optimize the management process for resource sharing.
