贵州省人口、经济与资源环境协调度评价研究

Study on the Evaluation of the Coordination Degree of Population,Economy and Resource Environment in Guizhou

探索人口、经济与资源环境协调度水平有利于为贵州省可持续发展提供重要的理论支撑.采用定量方法对贵州省人口、经济与资源环境协调度、协调发展度进行评价与分析.结果表明研究时段内贵州省协调度从高度协调水平下降到略微失衡水平,协调发展度经历了"非常协调—略微失调—比较协调"的变化,对应了贵州省人口、经济与资源环境在出现失调现象后逐渐恢复的趋势.为促进贵州省人口、经济与资源环境协调发展从人口数量控制、经济结构调整等方面提出对策建议.

Exploration of the coordination level of population,economic and resource environment is helpful for the sustainable development of Guizhou. Quantitative method is applied in this paper to evaluate and analyze the coordination development degree of the population,economic and resource environment in Guizhou.Results show that in the given period the coordination degree in Guizhou dropped from a high level to a level of slight imbalance and has gone through a process of "high coordination-slight imbalance-relative coordination",corresponding to the increasing trend of coordination level of population,economy and resource environment in Guizhou in the wake of a disorder. In order to promote the coordinated development of population,economy and resource environment in Guizhou,some countermeasures are put forward such as population quantity control and economic restructuring.
