安丰塘水文化特征分析

The characteristics of water culture of the Anfeng Pool

安丰塘世界灌溉工程遗产是世界农田水利工程的杰出代表,至今对淮河流域农业发展和城市繁荣发挥着重要作用。基于寿县区域多时相TM/ETM+遥感影像、DEM地形专题图,结合历史文献、社会考察和水利数据,分析了安丰塘水利工程建设的特性和特征。结果表明,安丰塘工程具有"科学性"、"长效性"等特性,具有鲜明的"因地制宜性"、"天人合一"和"持续发展"等特征,对引领当今淮河农田水利建设、形成淮河文化品牌、促进生态文明建设具有重要意义。

Anfeng Pool, as the heritage of world irrigation project and the most outstandingrepresentative of world irrigation and water conservancy project, is playing an important role in theagricultural development and prosperity of the Huaihe River basin. In this paper, based on the regionalmulti-temporal TM/ETM＋ Remote Sensing Image, DEM terrain special graph, historical documents, socialinvestigations and water data,the characteristics of the Anfeng Pool water conservancy project constructionwere analyzed. The results show that the Anfeng Pool, is scientific, long-effective, adaptive and harmoniousfor the regional situation, which will promote the water conservancy construction,cultural brand formationand ecological civilization construction for the Huaihe River basin.
