Analysis on the utilization of behavior of interfering investigation——From the perspective of three stages of crime

侦查干扰行为存在于各类犯罪案件中。侦查实践中犯罪分子基于趋利避害的心理,利用干扰行为逃避和对抗侦查的现象屡见不鲜。侦查机关想要在侦查对抗中处于优势地位,就要发掘侦查干扰行为的利用价值,探究侦查干扰行为的利用原则。在此基础上,研究犯罪各个阶段中侦查干扰行为的具体利用方法。使其在侦查实践中能够为侦查破案服务。

The behaviors of interfering investigation exist in all kinds of criminal cases. In the practice of investigation,the criminals often use the interference behaviors to evade and confront the investigation based on the psychology of seeking benefits and avoiding disadvantages. If the investigating organ w ants to be in a superior position in the confrontation of the incestigation,it is necessary to discover the value of using the behavior of interfering investigation and explore the principle of using the behavior of interfering investigation. On this basis,the author studies the specific methods of using the behavior to interfere the investigation in various stages of crime,in order to serve for the detection in the investigation practice.
