基层检察视角下服务营商环境的路径

营商环境建设是社会软环境建设的重要组成部分,优化营商环境对于地区经济社会良性发展具有重要的作用。检察机关作为法律监督机关,是优化营商环境的参与者、建设者。立足基层检察机关职能,找准当前营商环境建设中与检察职能相关的问题,紧贴基层检察工作实际,从强化检察队伍建设、制度建设、法律监督职能、分工配合等角度提出优化营商环境的基层检察方案,以求对地区营商环境建设有所裨益。

The construction of business environment is an important part of the construction of social soft environment. Optimizing the business environment plays an important role in the healthy development of regional economic society. Procuratorial organs,as legal supervision organs,are the participants and builders in optimizing the business environment. Based on the functions of the grass-roots procuratorate,identify problems related to procuratorial functions in the construction of the current business environment and closely follow the actual w ork in grass-roots procuratorate. Propose the grassroots prosecution programs to optimize the business environment from the perspectives of strengthening the team building of procuratorial personnel,institution building,legal supervision functions and division of labors in order to benefit the construction of the regional business environment.
