构建以抗诉为中心的刑事审判监督格局,是刑事司法领域发展与完善的一项重要系统工程,在给基层检察机关抗诉工作带来机遇的同时,也向审判监督工作提出了新的问题和挑战。以抗诉为中心的刑事审判监督格局的发展与完善,必须坚持以问题为导向,克服工作中面临的困难和阻力,实现抗诉数量、抗诉质量双提升,切实维护司法公正。

Constructing the protest-centered supervision pattern of criminal trial is an important systematic project for the development and improvement of the criminal justice field. While bringing opportunities to the protest w ork in the grass-roots prosecutors,it also poses new problems and challenges to the trial supervision. To develop and perfect the protest-centered supervision pattern of criminal trials,w e must persist in taking problems as the guide and overcome the difficulties and resistance w e are facing in our w ork to realize the double increasing in the quantity and quality of protest,so as to effectively safeguard the judicial impartiality.
