三元聚合物的甲烷水合物动力学抑制剂的制备及评价

摘要 用N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮、顺丁烯二酸酐、丙烯酰胺和α-甲基丙烯酸为单体合成了三元聚合物的动力学抑制剂P(NVP/MAH/AM)和P(NVP/MAH/MAA),并采用FT-IR和GPC等对其进行表征。考察了抑制剂的质量分数、反应初始压力、过冷度等对甲烷水合物生成过程的影响以及复配后的性能。结果表明:随着抑制剂质量分数的增加,诱导时间明显增加,与纯水体系相比未改变CH4耗气量,其中P(NVP/MAH/AM)的抑制性能优于P(NVP/MAH/MAA),质量分数为1.5×10^(-3)的P(NVP/MAH/AM)诱导时间达到245min,其与热力学抑制剂复配后可进一步提高抑制性能,质量分数为1.5×10^(-3)的P(NVP/MAH/AM)与1.0×10^(-1)的乙二醇复配后使用时,诱导时间可达到900min。 P(NVP/MAH/AM)and P(NVP/MAH/MAA)which were kinetic inhibitors with terpolymer were synthetized using N-vinyl pyrrolidone,maleic anhydride,acrylamide andα-methacrylic acidand were characterized by FT-IR and GPC.The effects of inhibitor mass fraction,initial pressure and undercooling were researched for the formation process of CH_4 hydrate.The compound performance of kinetic inhibitors was also evaluated.The results showed that induction time increase significantly along with inhibitor mass fraction increasing,but CH_4 consumption was not changed.The inhibition ability of P(NVP/MAH/AM)was better than P(NVP/MAH/MAA),and the induction time was 245 min for P(NVP/MAH/AM)aqueous solution with mass fraction of 1.5×10^(-3).The inhibiting properties can be further improved after the combination of kinetic inhibitors and thermodynamic inhibitors.When P(NVP/MAH/AM)aqueous solution with mass fraction of 1.5×10^(-3) was mixed with glycol aqueous solution with mass fraction of 1.0×10^(-1),the induction time was 900 min.
