Highlights and Improvement Strategies of Changsha Artisan Cultural Inheritance

长沙有着浓缩了中华匠人几千年文明与智慧的湖湘工艺,近年来,长沙工匠文化传承工作蓬勃发展,但还存在不少问题。主要改进策略为:开发传统手工业的附加值、扩大工匠文化传承的范畴、加大民间参与的力度、注重工匠精神的培养、加强长沙工匠文化的传播等。

There are many handicrafts in Changsha. In recent years,Changsha artisan cultural inheritance has flourished; however,there are still many problems. This paper puts forward several improvement strategies as follows： developing high emotional value of cultural inheritance,expanding the scope of artisan cultural inheritance,intensifying civil participation,paying attention to the cultivation of the spirit of craftsman,and strengthening the spread of Changsha artisan culture.
