Analysis on Internationalized Education Talent Cultivation in Vocational Colleges

职业院校国际化教育提质增效是实现中外合作办学可持续发展,实现社会效益最大化,促进办学质量不断提升的有效途径。通过对职业院校提质增效过程中的研究现状、存在问题和解决问题的对策进行分析,建议健全内部质量监控体系,实行管教分离。

Improving quality and efficiency of talent cultivation in internationalized education is an effective way for vocational colleges to realize the sustainable development of Sino-foreign cooperative education,realize the maximization of social benefits and promote the continuous improvement of the quality. The paper analyzes the situation,problems and countermeasures for the improvement of the quality and efficiency of talent cultivation in vocational colleges,and it is suggested to improve the internal quality controlling and separate the management and teaching.
