大数据时代高校学生档案管理的挑战与对策分析

Challenges and Countermeasures of College Students' Archives Management in Big Data Era

当前,大数据时代的到来给社会各领域带来了深远的影响,高等教育便是其中之一。学生档案管理作为高等院校的重要工作组成,不仅关乎到学生的学习发展,还影响到高校工作的正常运行。本文中,笔者结合当前大数据发展的实际情况,首先对大数据进行了基本概念,紧接着分析了高校档案管理在大数据时代背景下面临的挑战,最后在前文的基础上就大数据时代高校学生档案管理的对策进行了探讨,希望能够为今后相关内容的研究提供一定的参考依据。

At present, the arrival of the era of big data has brought far-reaching impact on all areas of society, and higher education is one of them. As an important part of the institutions of higher education, student archives management is not only related to the students' learning and development, but also to the normal operation of colleges and universities. In this paper, based on the current situation of big data development, the author first presents the basic concept of big data, then analyzes the challenges university archives management faces under the background of big data, and finally discusses the countermeasures, in hope of providing some reference for b future relevant research.
