Introduction of the concept of audience provides a new perspective on holding an archival exhibition. Archives could realize humanized service by proceeding with the following respects, such as layout, information transmission,reception and explanation of exhibition hall, process of exhibition and online exhibition. The above mentioned measures are able to make audiences feel comfortable and amused in exhibition, winning acceptance in the society and increasing influence of archives.
