煤矸石覆土厚度对绢毛匍匐委陵菜生长的影响 被引量:1

摘要 试验以采自山西农业大学苗圃基地的绢毛匍匐委陵菜为研究材料,采用盆栽方法,通过监测煤矸石覆土厚度对绢毛匍匐委陵菜的生长影响,研究其耐瘠薄性以及正常生长的最少覆土量,从而研究绢毛匍匐委陵菜对煤矸石此类贫瘠土壤的适应性。结果表明,从绢毛匍匐委陵菜的株高与分株数来看,煤矸石覆土厚度为3,6,9,12 cm时生长状况都较好,其中,最少3~6 cm的覆土厚度可以维持绢毛匍匐委陵菜的正常生长;从绢毛匍匐委陵菜开花数来看,在煤矸石覆土6 cm厚度时,绢毛匍匐委陵菜可以正常开花,达到较佳的观赏效果;煤矸石的覆土厚度是影响绢毛匍匐委陵菜地上部生物量的重要指标之一,其与绢毛匍匐委陵菜地上部生物量呈正相关,其方程式为:Y=0.618X+0.248 7(R2=0.923 8);此外,绢毛匍匐委陵菜在煤矸石覆土厚度减少的情况下,植物的主根系长度明显减少,侧根总长度和平均根长增加,说明绢毛匍匐委陵菜通过增加侧根数目和总侧根长来增加对贫瘠土壤的养分和水分的吸收与利用。研究可为绢毛匍匐委陵菜在煤矸石基质上建植提供理论基础,以期达到更好的推广效果。 Potentilla reptans L. var. sericophylla of the Shanxi Agricultural University nursery base was studied by potexperiment, the influence on the growth of creeping Potentilla reptans L. var. sericophylla through the thickness of the overlying soilmonitoring of coal gangue, the barren tolerance and the normal growth of the minimum overburden amount were tested to study clonalgrowth of the soil barren coal gangue adaptability. The results showed that from Potentilla reptans L. var. sericophylla plant height andnumber of ramets, the thickness of coal gangue soil was 3, 6, 9, 12 cm growth were in good conditions, the normal growth of soilthickness at least 3-6 cm could maintain clonal growth. From Potentilla reptans L. var. sericophylla flowering number in the coalgangue, covering 6 cm thickness, Potentilla reptans L. var. sericophylla could normal flower, achieve better ornamental effect. Soilthickness of coal gangue was one of the important indexes affecting reptans vegetable biomass of Potentilla reptans L. var. sericophylla,and Potentilla reptans L. var. sericophylla vegetable upper biomass was positively related, the equation was Y=0.618X+0.2487 (R2=0.9238) . In addition, in coal gangue soil thickness of Potentilla reptans L. var. sericophylla decreased, root length of plants decreasedsignificantly, total lateral root length and average root length increased, indicating silky creeping by increasing the number of lateral rootsof Potentilla reptans L. var. sericophylla creeping and total root length increased on poor soil nutrient and water uptake and utilization.This study can provide a theoretical basis for coal gangue matrix in Potentilla reptans L. var. sericophylla for planting, in order toachieve better promotion effect.
