山区农村耕地流转的地形驱动因子分析——以山西省宁武县为例 被引量:3

Analysis on the Terrain Driving Factors of Farmland Transfer in Rural Areas——Taking Ningwu County of Shanxi Province as an Example

摘要 随着我国城镇化的不断推进,耕地流转已然成为农村土地利用效率显著提高的最有效方式,虽然耕地流转在我国南方尤其是浙江省等地已经较为成熟,但是在北方的山区却处于起步到加速的过程中。以宁武县为例,以行政村为单元,充分运用3S技术、模型模拟等方法,对影响耕地流转的地形因子进行了空间分析,这具有一定的理论和实践意义,为农村土地流转政策的制定提供依据。结果表明,地形因子与山区耕地流转密切相关,随着坡度的增加,耕地流转率逐级降低,耕地平均坡度≤6°的村庄,耕地流转率最高;坡度在6°~15°的村庄耕地流转面积最大,以此为界,坡度≤6°和≥15°的村庄耕地流转面积均减少。随着海拔的升高,耕地流转率逐级降低,耕地平均海拔≤1 400 m的村庄,耕地流转率最大。在坡向因子影响下,耕地流转面积在朝南朝东方向分布较多,朝北朝西方向分布较少。 With the advancement of urbanization in our country, the cultivated land transfer has become the most effective way forimproving the efficiency significantly of rural land use. While the cultivated land transfer in South China, especially in Zhejiang provincehas been more mature, it is still at the beginning in the north mountain area. Therefore, taking Ningwu county as an example andadministrative village asa unit, the paper carries on the spatial analysis of the topographic factors of cultivated land circulation by usingways of 3S technology, model simulation and other methods. This has a certain theoretical and practical significance, and will provide thebasis for the formulation of rural land circulation policy. The results show that topographic factors are closely related to cultivated landtransfer in mountain areas. The greater the slope is, the lower the rate of cultivated land circulation. The average slope of the cultivatedland is ≤6毅, the highest rate of cultivated land circulation. The region of between6毅-15毅 slope , the circulation area is the largest, takingthis as the boundary, followed by ≤6毅 and ≥15毅 area decreasing; the higher the elevation is, the lower the rate of cultivated landcirculation. The region of elevations ≤1 400 m, the circulation rate is the highest, the distribution area and the circulation of cultivatedland area are the largest distribution toward the South and the East, the North and the West distribution less.
