摘要
翻转课堂是当前教学改革的热点,国内外一线教师正尝试在不同学科、不同层次学生中使用翻转课堂。在高职教育中开展翻转课堂面临"自主学习能力的高要求与高职学生的学习控制力弱"、"巨大的工作量与与教师有限的精力"、"教师的高期望值与学生的低参与度"等诸多矛盾,通过构建和谐师生关系、组建课程教学团队、树立主人翁意识、精心设计教学、开发优质视频、合理的评价、提高教师课堂驾驭能力等可以弱化矛盾,使高职翻转课堂达到预期的教学效果。
The flipped classroom is the hotspot of current teaching reform, and the domestic and foreign teachers are trying using flipped classroom in different subjects to different levels of students. In the higher vocational education, carrying out the flip classroom faces many contradictions. By constructing a harmonious relationship between teachers and students, forming the teaching team, establishing a sense of ownership, designing teaching elaborately, developing high-quality videos, evaluating reasonably, and improving teachers' classroom control ability, the contradictions can be weakened, making higher vocational flipped classroom achieve the expected teaching effect.
