摘要
该项目通过研究自动反冲洗过滤的现状,提出了系统设计的思路,设计出单元式自动反冲洗过滤控制系统。系统使用微处理器来控制小型过滤单元以实现自清洗过滤,通过系统功能设计、电路设计并编写控制程序,完成系统的调试和试制。经过试运行,系统可以很好地实现对多个过滤单元采用自动化控制的反冲洗过滤排水。
By studying the present situation of automatic backwashing filter, the design idea of the system is put forward, and a unit automatic backwashing filter control system is designed. The system uses microprocessor to control the small filter unit to realize self-cleaning and filtering. Through the system function design, the circuit design and the preparation of the control program, the system debugging and trial production are completed. After trial operation, the system can be used in many filtration units to automatically control backwashing and filtration drainage.
