基于现代学徒制的模具设计与制造专业教学标准建设

本文分析了现代学徒制模具设计与制造专业教学标准建设现状与问题,明晰了基于现代学徒制的模具设计与制造专业人才培养目标,以科学合理的职业能力标准为核心,以培养就业技能、职业能力、发展能力为目标,构建课程体系和内容。把企业岗位任务考核指标化为学徒学业考核指标,体现现代学徒制"双元"特征,按教育目标与企业目标、人才培养与人才使用、国家职业标准与企业用人标准、人才培养目标与个人发展目标相一致的理念,提出了基于现代学徒制的模具设计与制造专业教学标准建设方案。

This paper analyzes the current situation and problem while building the Professional Teaching Standard for Die Design and Manufacture Major from the perspective of"Modern Apprenticeship".It specifies the objective of personnel cultivation of the Die Design and Manufacture Major from the perspective of"Modern Apprenticeship".Aiming at cultivating employ-ability skills,vocational ability and development capability,the paper builds the curriculum system and content by regarding scientific and reasonable vocational ability standard as a core.It transforms the enterprise performance indicators to academic assessment indicators,and reflects the dualism of Modern Apprenticeship.By following the uniformity of educational objective and business objective,personnel cultivation and personnel employment,national standard of occupation and enterprise standard of employment,the objective of personnel cultivation and the objective of personal development,the paper comes up with methods for building Professional Teaching Standard for Die Design and Manufacture Major from the perspective of"Modern Apprenticeship".
