摘要
作为我国高校体育教学与体育活动中最常见的项目,篮球教学一直是高校体育教学的重点内容。随着高校教学改革的逐渐深入,教师在篮球教育中合理运用竞赛教学法,能增强学生学习篮球的兴趣,提高学生的篮球技战术水平,通过对抗性比赛提升学生的身体素质与心理素质。
As a popular sports activity,basketball is always one of the major training projects in colleges.With the deepening of teaching reform in colleges,team competition can be used in basketball training to increase students' interest,improve their basketball playing skills and promote their physical and mental health.
