摘要
本文结合高职院校档案工作实际,分析了档案利用的几种主要类型及通过大力开展档案宣传工作,改进馆藏方式。并提出了对应电子查询、创新档案利用服务方式等方法来深化档案利用的观点。
Combining with the practice of archives work in higher vocational colleges,this paper discusses several main types of file utilization and how to deepenarchives utilization by vigorously carrying out archives propaganda work,improving collection mode and corresponding electronic query,and innovating archives utilization service method.
