摘要
[目的/意义]分析我国2007-2016年经媒体曝光食品安全事件的现状表征,为我国食品安全监管提供决策支持。[方法/过程]食品安全事件媒体报道影响着社会公众对食品安全风险的解读和反应,从风险社会的视角出发,通过对报纸、门户网站、微博、微信、政府舆情专报、国家食品药品监督管理总局、国家统计局公开数据等的收集、整理,研究其发生特点及表征。用描述性方法对资料进行分析,利用Excel软件进行统计并得出结果。[结果/结论]基于知识传播理论的探讨与解析,提出通过加强风险交流、加强食品安全知识普及、完善监管体系和法律法规,以提高全社会公众的食品安全认知素养,实现食品安全传播的合理化转型,达到协同治理的效果,维护政府公信力及社会的稳定。
[Purpose/Significance]This study analyses those actualities and characterizations of food safety incidents reported during the period of 2007-2016,to provide decision support for food safety supervision in China.[Method/Process]Media reports on food safety incidents have an effect on public understanding and reaction. This study tries to start from the perspective of risky society,researches its characteristic and trend by means of collecting and tidying public data,such as newspaper,web portal,micro-blog,We Chat,special reports about government public opinion,and data from China Food and Drug Administration( FDA) and National Bureau of Statistics. The study used descriptive analysis and EXCEL to analyze the data.[Result/Conclusion]Based on discussing and researching knowledge communication theories,the study proposed to enhance risky communication,reinforce knowledge popularization about food safety,perfect supervision system and legal regulation in order to improve public literacy about food safety,realize rationalization transformation on safely transmitting food knowledge and safeguard government credibility as well as social stability.
