摘要 目的研究青香茅[Cym bopogon caesius(Ness)Stapf.]的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱层析色谱方法对青香茅提取物进行分离纯化,根据化合物理化性质和碳谱、氢谱的化学位移数据鉴定其结构。结果从青香茅的乙酸乙酯萃取部位分离得到3个化合物,经鉴定为β-谷甾醇(Ⅰ)、异荭草素(Ⅱ)和绿原酸(Ⅲ)。结论化合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ均为首次从青香茅中分离得到。 Objective To investigate the chemical constituents from Cym bopogon caesius(Ness)Stapf.Methods Silica gel column chromatography was used to separate and purify cymbopogon caesius,and the structure was identified according to physicochemical properties and chemical shift data of carbon spectrum and hydrogen spectrum.Results There were three chemical constituents were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of cymbopogon caesius and identified were isoorientin(Ⅰ),β-sitosterol(Ⅱ),and chlorogenic acid(Ⅲ).Conclusion All the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
