摘要
目的探讨杭州地区老年汉族人群CYP2C19基因多态性分布,从而为临床制定个体化用药方案提供参考。方法选取杭州地区老年汉族人群764名,采用基因芯片技术检测CYP2C19基因。结果共检测到6个基因型,CYP2C19*1/*1、*1/*2、*1/*3、*2/*2、*2/*3、*3/*3,基因频数分别为45.03%、33.51%、8.11%、8.77%、4.32%、0.26%。快代谢型(CYP2C19*1*1)占45.03%,中间代谢型(CYP2C19*1*2、*1*3)占41.62%,慢代谢型(CYP2C19*2*2、*2*3、*3*3)占13.35%。该结果与国内其他地区汉族人群差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且不同性别的各代谢型基因型频率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论杭州地区老年汉族人群CYP2C19基因分布与国内其他地区汉族人群类似,性别与CYP2C19基因遗传多态性无相关性。
Objective To investigate the CYP2 C19 polymorphisms in elderly Han population from Hangzhou region. Methods The CYP2 C19 genotypes were detected by using gene chip in 764 elderly Han people from Hangzhou region. Results The frequencies of CYP2 C19*1/*1, *1/*2, *1/*3, *2/*2, *2/*3 and *3/*3 were 45.03%, 33.51%, 8.11%, 8.77%, 4.32% and 0.26%, respectively. According to the metabolic phenotype, the frequencies of extensive metabolizer genotype(CYP2 C19 *1*1), intermediate metabolizer genotype(CYP2 C19 *1*2 and *1*3) and poor metabolizer genotype(CYP2 C19 *2*2, *2*3 and *3*3) were 45.03%, 41.62% and 13.35%, respectively. The distribution of metabolic genotypes in Han Chinese revealed in this study were similar to those in other regions in China(P 0.05). There was no significant difference in CYP2 C19 gene polymorphisms between males and females(P 0.05). Conclusion There was no significant difference in CYP2 C19 genetic polymorphisms between Han Chinese population in Hangzhou and other regions, and also no difference between different genders.
