胃癌患者术前红细胞分布宽度与临床病理特征及预后的关系

The relationship between preoperative red blood cell distribution width and clinicopathological features and prognosis of gastric carcinoma

目的探讨胃癌患者术前红细胞分布宽度(RDW)与临床病理特征及预后的关系。方法收集79例胃癌患者的临床资料,记录术前血常规中RDW值,分析术前RDW值与临床病理特征的关系;应用log-rank检验和Cox回归模型分析术前RDW与胃癌患者手术预后的关系。结果肿瘤的浸润深度、大小、临床分期与胃癌患者术前RDW值的高低有关(P<0.05或0.01)。术前RDW值高的胃癌患者术后无瘤生存期显著缩短(13.7 vs.19.1个月,P<0.01)。胃癌患者术前RDW值是影响胃癌患者术后无瘤生存期的一个独立危险因素(HR=1.855,95%CI:1.159~2.968,P<0.05)。结论胃癌患者术前RDW值有望成为预测胃癌患者术后预后的一个新的潜在指标。

Objective To investigate the relationship between preoperative red blood cell distribution width（RDW） and clinicopathological features and prognosis in patients with gastric cancer（GC）. Methods The clinical data of 79 patients with GC were collected,the preoperative value of RDW in blood routine was recorded and the relationship between the preoperative value of RDW and clinicopathological features was analyzed. log-rank test and Cox regression model were used to analyze the relationship between preoperative RDW and prognosis of GC. Results The invasion depth, size and clinical stage of tumor were related to the preoperative RDW values of GC patients（P0.05 or 0.01）. Postoperative tumor-free survival was significantly shorter in patients with preoperative high RDW（13.7 months vs. 19.1 months, P 0.01）. The preoperative RDW value is an independent risk factor affecting the postoperative tumor-free survival of patients with GC（HR=1.855, 95%CI： 1.159-2.968, P 0.05）. Conclusion The preoperative RDW value of GC may be a new potential prognosticbiomarker.
