摘要
围绕"采光、能耗、室内空气质量、使用者主观需求"确定了村镇房屋窗户大小选择的四重目标。通过对夏热冬冷地区某典型房屋在不同窗墙比下的能耗模拟分析,得出该房屋四种工况下的最优窗墙比分别为0.28,0.32,0.37,0.41。通过计算比较得出满足四重目标的不同进深下的村镇房屋最优窗墙比,并制定了村镇房屋窗户设计的简化估算可查建议表,给出窗户尺寸选择的第一优选和第二优选,为村镇房屋侧面开窗设计提供科学、有效、快速的数据支持。
The paper determines four goals about the housing window selection,lighting,energy consumption,indoor air quality,the user 's subjective needs in villages and towns. By the simulation analysis about the energy consumption,the paper concludes four optimal WWRs are 0. 28,0. 32,0. 37,0. 41 respectively. The optimal WWR is calculated,which meet the four objectives. Finally this paper makes checking tables about window design for village and town house to provide a scientific,effective and rapid data support. :
