制药企业污水处理厂的节能设计与应用 被引量:3

摘要 针对制药行业生产废水达标排放的法规,以福利康制药厂污水处理厂为例,采用建筑节能设计思想,改进原处理工艺设计,提出合建调节沉淀池,构筑综合生化池,减少占地面积,采用变频控制,减少无功损耗,降低电能的消耗量,同时增加了污水处理站供电网的有功功率,出水水质达到国家排放标准,节约投资25万元,减少电能消耗量11.76 kW·h/a,折合标煤4.78万tce/a。 In view of the pharmaceutical industry production wastewater discharging standard and regulations,Fulikang Pharmaceutical Wastewater Treatment Plant as an example,the idea of building energy efficiency design is expounded for improving the original treatment process design,proposing the construction of the sedimentation tank with adjusting function,building integrated biochemical pool,reducing the occupied area,using the frequency conversion control,lowering the reactive power loss and the consumption of electrical energy,at the same time,increasing the active power of supply network in sewage treatment station,the effluent water quality reaches the national emission standards,saving investment of 250 000 Yuan,reducing the power consumption of 11. 76 kW·h/a( equivalently,47 800 tce/a).
