地铁隧道暗挖台车挖掘臂施工设计方法研究

摘要 通过对浅埋暗挖工法的分析,确定暗挖台车挖掘臂的作业主要分为挖掘上方土、挖掘核心土、挖掘下方土、挖掘横沟槽、挖掘侧沟槽。针对以上5种工况作业需求,按照既满足挖掘作业时动作可保持,同时具有足够挖掘力的要求,设定铲斗挖掘力的大小;根据设备适用的隧道空间,设定合理的动臂、斗杆尺寸及相应的铰点位置,再基于PROE骨架模型,完成挖掘臂动力学分析,最终完成暗挖台车挖掘臂设计。 With the analysis on the shallow underground tunneling method,the operations of the excavation boom on the shallow tunneling jumbo were determined and mainly divided to excavate the top soil,the core soil,the underneath soil,the lateral ditches and the side ditches.According to the requirements of the above five performance operations,based on the requirements to keep the actions in the excavation operation and to have the sufficient excavation force,thus the excavation force size of the bucket was determined.According to the tunnel space suitable to the equipment,the rational boom,bucket handle size and related articulated joint location were set up.Based on the PROE framework model,the analysis on the mechanics of the excavation boom was completed and finally the design on the excavation boom of the shallow tunneling jumbo was completed.
