摘要
通过一定的检测手段及时发现问题对控制工程质量非常关键。对于常规预制桩,国内相关完整性和承载力检测手段相对较为成熟,也有多种检测标准或规范,但对TSC桩这种特殊桩型,质量检验标准、质量检验手段尚不明确,也缺乏相关标准规范,在一定程度上阻碍了TSC桩的推广应用。提出适合水运行业TSC管桩波动方程的计算方法,并结合现场试验和数值模拟对采用高应变法测试TSC单桩承载力的可行性进行论证,研究结果表明采用高应变法测试TSC桩身完整性和单桩承载力是可行的,在开展TSC桩高应变检测时,测量传感器安装在钢管上、混凝土上均可。
Timely detection of problems is critical to quality control. For conventional precast pile, the domestic related testing methods are relatively mature and integrity, and there are various testing standards or specifications.But for TSC pile pile,it is not clear for quality inspection standards and quality inspection means,it is also lack of related standards and specifications.To some extent,the popularization and application of TSC pile are hindered.In this paper, a suitable calculation method of TSC pile for water transportation industry has been put forward.Combined with numerical simulation and field test of high strain test,the feasibility of the single pile bearing capacity is demonstrated.The results show that it is feasible to detect pile body completeness and TSC single pile bearing capacity with high strain test,and the measuring sensor can be installed on the steel tube or concrete in high strain testing.
