摘要
系统地分析了铜电解过程中各种杂质的行为,了解了铜电解净液的本质,掌握了净液各个工序的特点,选择出适合含铜99.3%以上的阳极板净液工艺,依次为:一次脱铜、制作硫酸铜、二次脱铜、三次脱铜,制作硫酸镍,最终得到铜电解净液。
This paper analyses systematically the behavior of impurities during copper electrolysis,realizes the purity electrolyte essence of copper electrolysis,and understands the characteristics of each process in purity electrolyte,then it selects a suitable purity electrolyte process to anode contain copper more than99.3%:first copper removal—copper sulfate production—second copper removal—third copper removal—nickel sulfate production,the purified electrolyte of copper electrolysis are obtained at last.
