氟化盐加料车马达丢转优化分析

摘要 针对氟化盐加料车液压系统进行现场调试和优化分析,解决现场液压马达丢转问题,将两联复合泵中的齿轮泵更换为新型齿轮泵,目的是提高系统供油量。将三联齿轮泵输出回路的执行机构更换为新型液压马达,目的是减少单转油路损耗量,现场丢转现象明显消失。一系列的改进设计为氟化盐加料车液压系统的完善提供坚实的保障。 The hydraulic system of the fluoride feeding vehicle is optimized and debugged on-site,the problem on loss of synchronization of hydraulic motor has been solved.In order to improve the oil supply of the system,the gear pump in the two joint pump is replaced as a new type.The actuator of the output circuit of the triple gear pump is replaced by a new type of hydraulic motor in order to reduce the loss of single oil circuit,and the phenomenon of the loss of synchronization disappears.The above-mentioned series of improved designs provide a solid guarantee for the improvement of the hydraulic system.
