全方位炭块自动校正机是新一代用于炭块堆垛车间的专用设备,同时也是实现堆垛多功能起重机无人驾驶的关键设备。介绍了全方位炭块自动校正机的组成、结构及用途,并对主要结构部件及配套件选型进行了计算,同时重点阐述了该设备的检测原理及具体结构。该设备的研制成功对实现堆垛多功能起重机无人驾驶具有重大意义。
The all directional carbon block automatic inspection machine is a new generation of special equipment for carbon block stacking workshop,at the same time,it is also the key equipment to realize unmanned driving of anode stacking crane.This article describes its composition,structure and uses,and the selection of main structure components and matching parts of this equipment are calculated,then the detection principle and the specific structure of this equipment are expounded.The successful development of this equipment to realize unmanned driving of anode stacking crane have a very important significance.
