电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定无机纤维中的钙、镁、铝、铁

摘要 建立了无机纤维中钙、镁、铝、铁四种元素的电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)的测定方法。无机纤维经氢氟酸、王水分解,以盐酸为介质,通过样品处理、谱线选择、方法精密度和准确度实验、不同方法对比等,确定了最佳实验条件,样品中各元素测定结果相对标准偏差小于2%,通过与其他方法对比,结果令人满意。 The contents of the trace elements calcium,magnesium,aluminum and iron in inorganic fiber were determined by ICP-AES.The optimum experimental conditions were determined,when the inorganic fibers are decomposedby hydrofluoric acid,aqua regia,with hydrochloric acid as the medium,the sample processing,the selection of spectral lines,precision and accuracy of the method,the comparison of different methods,etc.Relative standerd deviation of testing result of each element in the sample were less than2%.Comparing with other methods,the result is satisfactory.
