摘要
目的:分析大脑后循环缺血患者的数字减影及磁共振血管成像对其血管病变的检出情况。方法:选取后循环缺血患者80例,依据检查方法将这些患者分为磁共振血管成像组(n=40)和数字减影血管造影组(n=40)两组,磁共振血管成像组患者接受磁共振血管成像检查,数字减影血管造影组患者接受数字减影血管造影检查,然后对两组患者的血管病变检出情况进行统计分析。结果:磁共振血管成像组、数字减影血管造影组患者的血管病变检出率72.5%(29/40)、77.5%(31/40)之间的差异无统计学(P>0.05),累及至少2条血管病变检出率45.0%(18/40)、47.5%(19/40)之间的差异也无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:后循环缺血患者的磁共振血管成像和数字减影血管造影检查对其血管病变的检出效果相当,前者具有操作简便、价格低廉、且具有较为广泛的适应证等,同数字减影比较具有较为重要的临床意义。
Objective:To analyze the detection of vascular lesions by digital subtraction and magnetic resonance angiography in patients with posterior cerebral ischemia.Methods:80 cases of patients with posterior circulation ischemia were selected,these patients were divided into groups of magnetic resonance angiography group(n=40)and digital subtraction angiography group(n=40)two groups according to the inspection methods,The magnetic resonance angiography group of patients were given magnetic resonance angiography examination,while the digital subtraction angiography group were given digital subtraction angiography examination,and then the vascular lesion detection situations of the two groups of patients were statistically analyzed.Results:The difference of the vascular disease detection rates between the magnetic resonance angiography group and digital subtraction angiography group of patients 72.5%(29/40),77.5%(31/40)was not significant(P> 0.05),the difference of the involving at least 2 Article vascular disease detection rate 45.0%(18/40),47.5%(19/40)was also not significant(P> 0.05).Conclusion:Magnetic resonance angiography and digital subtraction angiography in patients with posterior circulation are comparable to those of vascular lesions.The former has the advantages of simple operation,low cost and wide indications.Compared with the digital subtraction,more important clinical significance.
