风力机模拟实验平台的研究

摘要 风力发电设备体积巨大,对环境要求苛刻,再加上自然风具有随机性、不可重复性,使得对风力机特性的研究尤为困难。针对这些情况,建立风力机模拟实验平台就显得尤为必要。结合理论,提出风力机模拟的设计方案,运用MATLAB软件对设计方案进行仿真,论证了该设计的可行性。搭建了风力机模拟实验平台,该实验平台由PC机界面和微控制器系统组成,PC机界面采用组合风速模型对自然风速进行模拟,微控制器系统实现了不同风速下转速闭环控制以及转矩闭环控制。通过实验得出风力机气动转矩的实验值与理论值相对误差小于0.02,验证了该实验平台对风力机特性的模拟符合理论变化趋势。 Wind generation,which has vast volume,is critical for the environment. Natural wind is random and unrepeatable. All these disadvantages make it difficult to research the characteristics of wind turbine. Based on the theories,a scheme of experimental platform is put forward. It is simulated by MATLAB software,then turn out to be feasible. The experimental platform is composed of PC interface and microcontroller system. PC interface adopts combined model of wind speed to simulate natural wind,microcontroller system achieves the closed-loop control of speed and torque. With analyzing the steady-state data of this trial platform,it can conclude that the relative error between the experimental data and theoretical data of wind turbine torque is less than 0. 02,which validates that the characteristics of this platform are in accordance with the trend of theoretical change.
