摘要
介绍了放射性废物分拣测量系统装置的设计。该装置由传送装置和探测装置组成,通过振动给料斗均匀送料至传送带上,由机械挡刀确定土壤的厚度,放射性废物在传送带运输过程中进行辐射探测器的探测。并对测量装置中的主要部件和探测方法进行具体设计分析。采用双探测器两段式探测的方法进行粗、精探测,使探测结果更精确,对屏蔽体厚度进行具体计算。该装置能够实现全程无人操作和全自动化的探测和分拣等特点,可满足不同放射性固体废物的分拣与测量。
The design of radioactive waste sorting and measuring system is introduced. The device consists of a transmission device and detection device,the vibration to the hopper evenly feed to the conveyor belt,the mechanical knife block to determine the soil thickness,radioactive waste on the conveyor belt to detect the radiation detector in the process of transportation. And the measurement device in the main components and detection methods for specific design analysis. The two-stage detection method of double detector is used for coarse and fine detection,so that the detection result is more accurate and the thickness of the shield is calculated. Can achieve full unattended operation and fully automated detection and sorting characteristics,to meet the different radioactive solid waste sorting and measurement.
